INGREDIENTS:

  • Slices of bread
  • Grated carrots
  • Slices of onion bulb
  • 4 tablespoon mayo
  • Some cabbage leaves
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Red chilly flakes
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Baby corn

HOW TO COOK

  • First butter the bread and toast it in a griller or toaster so that it won’t get all soggy.
  • Put the onion slices in lemon juice so that they get odor free.
  • Spread mayo on the pieces of bread and sprinkle chilly flakes, black pepper powder, and salt as required.
  • In a bowl put capsicum, onions, baby corn, cabbage leaves and carrots. Mix them.
  • Spread them evenly on the bread.
  • Cover the bread with another bread and cut them into shapes of triangles.

GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH ( using a pan)

INGREDIENTS :

  • Slices of bread
  • Grated cheese
  • Black pepper powder
  • Butter(for grilling)
  • Dried herbs or mixed herbs powder
  • Chilly flakes
  • Salt

HOW TO COOK

  • Heat the pan and add butter to it.
  • Add bread slices in it and grill the bread gets a golden color.
  • Spread the grated cheese on the bread slice. Sprinkle dried herbs and chilly flakes on the bread slice.
  • Cover it with another bread slice and toss the sandwich on the pan so that the sandwich get grilled perfectly.
  • Cut in triangles and serve it hot with sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • Bread slices
  • Boiled potato mashed
  • Sliced onions -1
  • Sliced tomatoes- 1
  • Chopped cucumbers and capsicums
  • Beetroot sliced-optional
  • 1/4th teaspoon chat masala
  • Pinch off jeera powder
  • Butter
  • Salt as per required

FOR GREEN CHUTNEY

  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint
  • Jeera powder
  • Garlic and ginger paste
  • 2 green chilies
  • Lemon juice

HOW TO COOK

  • Prepare the green chutney by blending all the ingredients of green chutney and add a bit of water to make it creamy.
  • Firstly, smear the butter over the bread slices evenly and spread green chutney on it.
  • Put all the chopped and sliced vegetables in layers.
  • Sprinkle chat and jeera masala according to taste.
  • Cover the bread slice with another one.
  • Cut it into triangles and serve.
