3) And it is not just about bedtime, wash your face everytime you are back from some place, from outing etc especially when you have visited places which seem to be more polluted. The reason behind this is that the pillow cover contains a lot of harmful bacteria and you expose your skin to it. It can ,just by overnight exposure and contact lead to pimples and acne. So, this is one of the most important thing in keeping your skin clear.

7) Getting facial and cleanup is a good thing to do but if you want to save some bucks and try more effective things, try having organic facials made by home used ingredients.
